OVERVIEW
MWSC’s Development Program, known as “Devo,” helps skiers and snowboarders ages 8–17 build strong fundamentals, gain confidence, and explore where their skills can take them. Through physical preparation, mental readiness, and on-snow coaching, athletes develop the technique and decision-making skills to become more capable, versatile skiers and riders.
Devo combines purposeful training with the fun of being part of a team. Coaches encourage independence, sportsmanship, and steady progress, helping athletes take on new challenges, build friendships, and enjoy a lasting connection to winter sports.
