Ski & Snowboard Development
McCall Winter Sports Club's Devo program is for skiers and riders looking to develop the fundamentals for all types of skiing and riding; including mental preparation, physical training, and on-snow technique and tactics. Our goal is to facilitate growth, education and maturity in a fun, team-based atmosphere.
New this season is the Devo-Race program for strong intermediate to advanced athletes interested in dipping (or re-dipping) their toe into the race side of things without committing to the IMD North Series. The team will ski Saturdays and Sundays at Brundage Mountain; sometimes in the gates and sometimes freeskiing. Athletes are encouraged to participate in one or more local races or competitions.
Schedule
- Program begins with All-Mountain Holiday Camp December 28-30, 2022 at Brundage Mountain.
- Athletes ski/ride with the team every weekend through March at Brundage Mountain.
- Athletes ski/ride Saturdays AND/OR Sundays, 9:15am-1:00pm.
- Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in local races and or competitions.
Athlete Requirements
- Athletes must be 8+ years old as of January 1st, 2023.
- Carry, put on and take off equipment independently.
- Ski/ride intermediate terrain with comfort.
- Helmet required.
- Brundage Mountain and/or Little Ski Hill Season Pass for the 22/23 season. (not included in program cost)
22/23 Program Rates:
Devo Saturday OR Sunday @ Brundage: $974
Devo-Race Saturday AND Sunday @ Brundage: $1,174
OPTIONAL Air & Style Wed/Fri @ LSH: $400
22/23 Membership per family not included in listed rates.
