-1 minute of deep body weight squats, 3 sets
-1 minute walking toes up and 1 minute walking heels up, 3 sets
-1 minute superman, 3 sets
-10 pushups, 3 sets
-100 sit-ups and try not to stop.
-finish with 20 tuck jumps.
You can do these activities anywhere. Even Coach Sawyer is doing his dryland outside his sweet van on his road trip West.
