Racer Ready, Set, Go Pop!

You know the burst of bubble gum bouncing back on your face when it pops?

Or the loud explosion of corn kernels that turn inside out when they party pop?

How about the tingling fizz that tickles your tongue when you open a can of soda pop?

All of these little things we probably enjoyed as a kid.  For our local kids, it gets so much better than soda, gum and popcorn!

There’s nothing like swooshing side to side, around gates and over the finish line on skis beneath the Friday night lights at Little Ski Hill.  Whether it’s your first time or you’ve experienced racing before the Soda Pop Local Youth Town Series is fun for all youth skiers and riders; novice to competitive.

This 3-race series kicks off Friday, January 15th. Skiers and riders, age 6-17, may participate in a single race or the whole series.  Race #2 is set for February 19th and the series finale on March 5th.

McCall Winter Sports Club and Tamarack Ski Team are proud to present the 2nd season of the races, hosted by The Little Ski Hill.  Thank you to our sponsors CAPROCK and Tropical Smoothies for helping keep the races affordable.

Online registration is required and closes at Noon on race day.  Cost is $10 per race or $25 for the series.  The top 3 girls and top 3 boys in each division (recreation or competitive) and age class (U8, U10, U12, U14+) will be awarded. Although there will be no awards ceremony, a special package will arrive by mail with an award tucked inside.
