7:00am MWSC Team Vehicle departs Payette Lakes Middle School (optional)
9:00am Athlete Pick-up in Weiser (optional)
3:00pm Hood Arrival  & Athlete drop-off at Edelweiss Condominium Complex. 

7:00pm Team meeting at Edelweiss Condominium Complex. 

July 28th, Tuesday (SL skis)
Depart Edelweiss 6am 

6:30am Breakfast at Timberline Wy'East Day Lodge and sack lunch pick-up.
7:15am load lift.
SL skis back to basics fundamentals. Finish at 1:30pm.
2:00-3:30pm rest down time
4:00-6:00pm team meeting camp goals focus & agenda while at camp and light dryland.

July 29th, Wednesday (SL skis & gear)

Depart Edelweiss 6am 

6:30 Breakfast at Timberline Wy'East Day Lodge and sack lunch pick-up.
7:15am load lift.

SL gate training with filming until 1:30pm.
2:00-3:30pm rest/ down time
4:00pm - 6:00pm dryland cardio/ plyos
6:30pm film review/wax clinic in small groups

July 30th, Thursday (SL skis & gear)

Depart Edelweiss 6am 

6:30 Breakfast at Timberline Wy'East Day Lodge and sack lunch pick-up.
7:15am load lift.

SL gate training with video until 1:30pm.
2:00-3:30pm rest/ down time
4:00-6:30pm waterfall hike
6:30pm film review/wax clinic in small groups

July 31st, Friday (SL skis & gear)

Depart Edelweiss 6am 

6:30 Breakfast at Timberline Wy'East Day Lodge and sack lunch pick up.
7:15am load lift.

SL gate training with video until 1:30pm.
2:00-3:30pm rest/ down time 
4:00-6:00pm dryland (optional Activity Park for U10s)
6:30pm film review/wax clinic in small groups

August 1st, Saturday (GS skis) 

Depart Edelweiss 6am 

6:30 Breakfast at Timberline Wy'East Day Lodge and sack lunch pick up.
7:15am load lift.

Intro to GS until 1:30pm.
2:00-3:30pm rest/ down time
4:00-6:00pm dryland
6:30pm film review/wax clinic in small groups

August 2nd, Sunday 
Coast for the day & explore. (Team bonding/building optional for those enrolled in session 1 and/or session 2)

Session 2: August 3 - 7

August 3rd, Monday(SL skis & gear)

7:15am load lift.

SLgate training and video until 1:30pm.
2:00-3:30pm rest/ down time
4:00-6:00pm lake for afternoon activity 
6:30 film review/wax clinic in small groups

4:00pm tuning clinic (GS skis or both)

August 5th, Wednesday (GS skis)

GS gates training and video until 1:30pm
2:00- 3:30pm rest/ down time
4:00- 6:30pm 2nd waterfall hike
