Off-Season Maintenance Class with St. Luke's Sports Medicine

St. Luke's Sports Medicine will go through exercises as a group. This is for anyone who would like suggestions on how to prevent ski injuries. Off-season is the perfect time to get strong and ready for next ski season. All of these exercises are adapted to be performed with minimal equipment. We will focus on movements specific to skiing and ways to improve those movements on dry land.
